Honestly, I actuall...That's a good question... Honestly, I actually think the NY Fries one is probably one of my favs. But for a restaurant, I recently tried the one at Abigail's Party and it was good and a bit different. They used a chicken gravy instead. There are some funky poutines like the one at Chambar, which uses balsamic.
