Hot and Sour Soup...with Noodles!Never knew this soup could be served with noodles...guess anything is possible in the culinary world!

Does anyone know what these are? Update: They are Pig Ears and Bean Curd/Tofu.

Oh I love noodles in Hot n Sour soup. One of my faves. I think we're looking at marinated pig's ear and marinated dry pressed tofu in the last picture.
I'm not 100% sure, but those look like pig ears sliced very thinly. They're amazing.
The 3 items on the mix cold plate seem to be:
1. Pig ear
2. Bean curd
3. Kelp
I could be wrong but the last pick looks like spliced pigs ears with cloud ear mushrooms.
The brown things look like marinated pig ears! How did you like them?

Anonymous, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I didn't actually try it...it was just one of the dishes that I managed to take a pic of. But it does seem like a fairly popular dish.
