Gyozas:
A classic Japanese side dish
Tender juicy minced pork, sweet soft Chinese cabbage, and other vegetables.
These were pretty good.

Shoyu Ramen
Chicken-pork soup and Benkei`s special soy sauce with vegetables, cha-siu, sliced onion, bamboo shoots, spinach and seaweed.
A great soup base and good choice for noodles used. Although not as tasty as Kintaro, this can be considered a bit healthier and was still pretty good.

Bonus Pic of Shoyu Ramen.
Tastewise, I`d have to say Kintaro is still king. However, Benkei takes second place and is still pretty good.
If you are a fan of Ramen or Kintaro, I recommend giving Benkei a shot!
