Love food? Want to find out about some good spots to dine at around Ottawa/Vancouver? The title says it all, I Love Food, and this is a Blog all about it. I'll be blogging about anything related to food. If you too love food, then feel free to take a moment or two to read some of the postings. Bookmark it and be sure to return on a daily basis. If you don't like reading, leave it to the pictures to do all the talking. Happy reading!

sounds good!
Too bad there are so few restaurants there... Hope more are added later!
Good point! I didn't even check to see which restaurants are attending..but from what I recall from last year, there weren't that many.
The Vancouver food and cooking festival 2009. I`m thinking of going to it. Are you going to the event.
THE DEADMAN
Hi Deadman, yes, I am thinking of going to it as well.
Sherman, ILFB, actually, a large amount of restaurant would be a detraction rather than a plus. After all, you can only try that many (non-free) samples. And, after spending over $20 in tickets for the sample food, I feel somewhat guilty and ask myself "Would I have been able to get a decent meal with that money?".
I am debating if I should go this year or not. I have been there in the last three and last year it was starting to get repetitive. The high of the visit was the Food Network exhibition stand, where they had Anna Olson and Bob Blumer. These two were hilarious (specially the later) - unfortunately, they are not coming this year. The rest (probably aside from some ice wine samples) was a bit more of a let down. I guess I should visit to blog it but, otherwise, I would personally just skip it.
Thanks for your thoughts KimHo...I'll keep those points in mind.
Oh, no! Those were my thoughts. If you have not been there before, by all means!
I've been there before actually. Haven't decided on this year yet.
