How do you like your eggs?

Scrambled? Over-easy? Medium? Hard boiled? Poached? Raw?? (For those of you that add raw eggs to your sauce for hot pot, that's a big no no.)

The thing I hate the most is when I order scrambled eggs and it comes all dried up. Well actually the worst thing is ordering an eggs benny and having your eggs overcooked to the point where no yolk runs when you poke a hole in it. But back to the main point. The trick to a moist scrambled egg is to add milk/cream to it. But that's not all you have to know. The key trick is to add it towards the very end of the cooking process. I learned this trick from a cooking book that I was browsing through. Try it next time.
