I'm a big fan of Papparadelle. Another one would be Tagliatelle.
As can be seen above, Papparadelle is very wide and is normally used for pastas that use thicker/richer sauces.
I am normally hesitant on ordering alfredo-type pastas as I find that they sometimes get too bland after a few bites. Nonetheless, I took the risk and ordered this dish. I thought it was pretty good.
Note that this dish is really filling!
