Looks great. I was wondering if you were going to post this creation. I don't have a toaster oven, but I've been known to throw a few "pita based" pizzas on the BBQ in the summer time. Always a hit.
Haha...I guess you can say that your post sort of inspired me to post mine. The pita-based crust turns out really well when thrown in the toaster oven!
That looks really delicious! I wish i could get that at a restaurant!

It's really not that difficult to prepare. What I really liked was the use of the pita bread as the crust. It comes out really crispy when you pop it in the toaster oven. Might take a little bit of time getting all the ingredients ready, but after that comes the fun part when you throw all the toppings on!
I have to say by just looking at teh image, I thought it was an amazing thin crust creation, until I read the text. Still, looks very good.

It sure is deceiving ain't it?! The best part is that you can purchase a package of pita and you have about 8 personal sized crusts ready to be topped right away.
The pizzas look great, I'm literally salivating right now...
The pizza was indeed great!
