Phnom Penh Dry Egg Noodles: Herbilicious!

Phnom Penh Dry Egg Noodles
What's in it?
Cilantro, Minced and Sliced Pork, Shrimp, Liver, Fried Garlic, Green Onions

This dish is a favorite amongst many returning Phnom Penh diners. I think what makes this dish so delicious is the use of cilantro, which adds that extra flavor! Herbilicious indeed!

Highly recommended when you visit Phnom Penh.

Looks like a great dish.

This restaurant gets a lot of mentions around the food blogs, so I'm going to have to make sure I stop by when I'm in Vancouver next.

Geez, KimHo just went there! Anyways, those dry noodles rock. I love the bone soup that comes with it.
